The hills in Laos are well-known for their hiking trails, and the Pha Ngern View Point is one such excellent hiking destination here. The quiet and secluded viewpoint can be reached by a short but steep hike. The views from the summit, however, are worth the trouble. With sweeping green valleys opening on all sides, the spectacular views from here should not be missed at any cost. The spot is especially popular during the sunset hours.
